Inspired by his late father and a passion for building, Paul Husson pursued a career in engineering. What began as a startup has grown into a leading engineering firm with the help of some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Carmen Sframeli
P. Eng., Partner
Carmen lives and breathes construction. He is equipped with a breadth of experience and 25 years in the development industry, first as a contractor and then as a construction administrator. His unique perspective enables him to ensure contracts are fair and equitable to both parties.
As a partner, he draws on his big-picture view to deliver a seamless experience for clients from the initial design phase to the final sign off, all within budget and on time.
He takes a lead role in the tendering, construction and certification phases of all projects.
Carmen is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
