P. Eng., Senior Engineer
Charles is a trusted problem solver who relies on his field experience to design creative solutions for clients.
As a senior engineer, with 13 years of experience in municipal engineering, he specializes in grading and servicing design for infill development projects.
He is also a people person and an effective mentor with a real knack for training colleagues.
He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. Charles is heavily involved in his community and takes great pride in organizing an annual golf tournament for charity.
