Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes on projects ranging from infill developments to large subdivisions. Here are the highlights of some of those projects.
THE PROJECT
7951 Fifth Line
Located in the Town of Halton Hills, this 17-hectare industrial project features three buildings designed to meet the requirements of the 401 Corridor Integrated Planning Project. The initial phase includes a 775,000 square foot building with associated parking, draining to an existing stormwater management facility downstream of the site, as well as a municipal road connecting to Steeles Avenue.
THE SOLUTION
HUSSON has completed the detailed design for the project, which included plans of the services on site for the ultimate proposed build out, evaluation of the downstream stormwater management facility, site grading, servicing options and determination of a suitable stormwater management solution to meet the requirements of the Town, Conservation Halton, the MTO and the Region. The construction administration team navigated the challenge of a limited working area based on meeting the requirements for erosion and sediment control.
